What is LabCalls and how do I get my results?
Labcalls is a communication system that enables patients to access test results via the telephone or internet. By entering in your specific codes, you can obtain test results quickly and confidentially 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please follow the instructions below to access your results.
You may start checking for your results after 5 business days from your procedure date, however, allow at least 10 business days to post.
Telephone Users: Call 1-877-670-0834 (toll free)
1. Enter your Unique ID #: This will be your own social security number or the number that
was verified at your office visit.
2. Enter your pin #: Your date of birth. MM/DD/YY (Do not enter 4 digit year)
EXAMPLE: If your DOB is August 20, 2011, you will need to enter 082011
Internet users: Click on the "My Lab Results" button on this page.
1. Enter your Customer / Client #: 8776700834
2. Enter your Client Login/ UID#: This will be your own social security number or the number
that was verified at your office visit.
3. Enter your Pin #: Your date of birth MM/DD/YY (Do not enter 4 digit year)
EXAMPLE: If your DOB is August 20, 2011, you will need to enter 082011
NOTE: IF YOU HAD A NORMAL PROCEDURE WITHOUT BIOPSIES OR POLYP REMOVAL, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A MESSAGE WITH LABCALLS. PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE PHYSICIAN AFTER YOUR PROCEDURE OR TEST.
